CACEE, the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers, is a professional association supporting the people and organizations involved in post-secondary career education and campus recruitment across Canada. It connects career educators, employers, students, and other members through national and regional events, professional development, networking, and shared resources. Members can access a national conference, regional conferences and events, webinars, and certificate programs, including credentials for career educators and early-career recruiters. CACEE also offers membership options for educators, employers, individuals, students, associates, affiliates, and e-members.

The association’s resources include a job board, career fair calendar, research reports, and competencies for career development practice. CACEE promotes ethical recruitment through guidance, a complaints process, and resources addressing recruitment of students with disabilities and unpaid internships. It also recognizes contributions through awards, including the Rob Shea Research Award and volunteer recognition awards. With regional advisory boards and committees, CACEE provides opportunities for members to contribute to the profession and help shape its work.
