About CacheVault
CacheVault is a small, independent content delivery network (CDN) focused on fast, predictable delivery of static website assets. It caches images, JavaScript, stylesheets, fonts, media segments, and downloads at edge locations close to visitors, reducing repeat requests to customers’ origin servers. The service follows standard HTTP caching instructions, including Cache-Control, ETag, and Last-Modified headers, and supports stale-while-revalidate and stale-if-error behavior.
CacheVault provides TLS termination at the edge, automatically managed certificates, HTTP/2, and HTTP/3-ready connections. Its origin shielding consolidates simultaneous cache misses, while a scoped API lets customers purge individual URLs, path prefixes, or entire hostnames. Additional features include Brotli and gzip compression, byte-range requests, usage reports, and optional per-path cache overrides.
Customers can get started by pointing a hostname to CacheVault with a CNAME record, without installing agents or learning a configuration language. Starter, Business, and Custom plans use usage-based pricing, with options such as priority support, dedicated capacity, and custom terms. CacheVault reports network issues transparently and offers direct contact with its operations team.
