Church at Chapel Hill is a thriving and dynamic brand that has been serving the community since its humble beginnings in 1995. What started as a small gathering of seventeen people in the family room of Pastor Dan & Ronda Whisner's home has now developed into a vibrant congregation. As the church quickly outgrew its initial space, it found new locations to accommodate its growing community.

From a local Bingo hall to an elementary school, the church finally settled into a spacious gymnasium building acquired from the Chapel Hill Golf Course in the burg of Bangs. The Church at Chapel Hill prides itself on its diverse membership, consisting of individuals and families from various backgrounds. Their love and commitment to one another and the community have been the driving force behind their success.

In 2018, after twenty-two years of faithful service and leadership, Pastor Dan transitioned to pastor emeritus, and his son, Jon, took on the role of senior pastor. This seamless transition ensures the continuation of the church's mission to provide spiritual guidance, support, and a welcoming place of worship for all who seek it
