Fundación Cachypum

Cachypum is a nonprofit, nongovernmental foundation based in Mendoza, Argentina, working to improve quality of life, especially for people experiencing vulnerability. Its approach brings social programs together with nature, creating opportunities for wellbeing through health, therapeutic, educational, and community activities. The foundation describes its work as collaborative and transformative, with the goal of making wellbeing accessible rather than a privilege.

Its programs include a day center offering therapeutic, educational, and recreational support for adults with disabilities, and “Manos a la Tierra,” where children learn through hands-on experiences in nature. Cachypum also provides nature-based activities designed to support physical, mental, and emotional balance; community outreach to help people access services, healthcare, and donations; and accessible door-to-door transport with safety and responsible accompaniment for participants. The foundation is also developing a sustainable home for a community of people with disabilities. In addition to its programs, Cachypum organizes activities and events for businesses and invites people to take part in its work.
