The Czech Association of Combat Medics (CACM) is a voluntary, independent association of individuals and organizations dedicated to improving emergency pre-hospital care in tactical environments in the Czech Republic. It works to bring fundamental practices into line with current international standards and to support their use in everyday work. CACM focuses particularly on members of the armed forces, firefighters and emergency medical service crews.
The association shares guidance and information with both professionals and the wider public, including updates on internationally adopted procedures and equipment intended for tactical settings. Its website organizes resources around Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) and K9 guidelines, alongside news, articles and lessons learned. CACM also offers the opportunity to consult its members about care methods and practical options, drawing on their real-world experience in tactical pre-hospital medicine.
Through these educational and advisory activities, CACM seeks to promote informed, consistent approaches to saving lives in high-risk settings.
