Caddy is a personal AI assistant designed to help people stay on top of work and everyday life through text messaging. Rather than requiring a separate app, it works in users’ usual messaging services: iMessage on iPhone and RCS on Android. Caddy can keep track of calendars, chats, and tasks, highlight what needs attention, and help users follow through on plans and reminders.

The service supports a range of practical tasks, including scheduling appointments, adding calendar events, setting reminders, managing messages, and organizing notes or project information. It can also help with everyday requests, such as researching a restaurant or preparing an email reply, and can be used in group chats or through voice memos. Caddy connects with users’ familiar apps in the background to assist with getting things done.

As people use the assistant, it learns their preferences, routines, and priorities to personalize its support. Caddy is currently in public beta and offers a free way to get started.
