Cadence Equine Integrative Veterinary Services is a mobile equine veterinary practice serving the greater Sacramento area. Led by Dr. Amber Johnson, DVM, CVA, CVMMP, the practice focuses on supporting horses’ health, soundness, and performance through integrative veterinary care. Its services include acupuncture, Equine Veterinary Medical Manipulation (chiropractic), Class 4 laser therapy, and kinesiology taping. These treatments are presented as options for horse owners seeking care tailored to their animals’ needs.

Dr. Johnson grew up in Truckee, California, and developed an early connection with horses, beginning riding lessons at age six. Now based in Newcastle, she is looking forward to serving the local community and its equine patients. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her horses and spending time with her dogs and family.

Cadence Equine welcomes new appointments and offers online appointment requests, as well as phone contact for inquiries. By bringing veterinary services to horses across the region, the practice aims to make specialized integrative care accessible to owners throughout its service area.
