CADERH is a non-profit institution created to drive development in Honduras by improving the country's labor competitiveness. They have established a network of professional technical training centers to provide underprivileged youth with training and certification for acquiring job skills. CADERH offers services to the business and institutional markets in Honduras, including talent management and certification of individuals.

They are the only organization in Honduras accredited by an international institution to certify human resources.
