Their 10-acre vineyard boasts a variety of cold-hearty and traditional European grape varieties, as well as raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb, and apple trees for hard cider production. Kevin, an experienced winemaker since 1995, creates award-winning wines with his innovative touch, experimenting with unique flavors like Red Currants and Rose Petals.
