About Cadis Huesca
CADIS Huesca is a brand that has been organizing the Coordinadora de Asociaciones de Discapacidad de la provincia de Huesca for the past 25 years. They are dedicated to promoting different perspectives on disability and dependence through their annual photography contest. This year, the contest is supported by the Fundación Caja Rural de Aragón and welcomes digital photographs in addition to traditional prints.
The CADIS Huesca photography contest focuses on positive and innovative images that challenge stereotypes surrounding disability, aiming to eliminate negative prejudices. Participants can submit up to five photographs for a chance to win cash prizes, and the winning photos will be showcased in physical and online exhibitions. The objective is to not only celebrate the excellent work of past winners but also highlight the changing perception of disability and dependence in society over the past 25 years.
