Caffè Gilli

Caffè Gilli is a historic Florentine institution, rooted in the heart of the city since 1733. The brand brings together pastry, chocolate, dining and drinks, blending Tuscan and Italian traditions with a refined, contemporary sensibility. Its patisserie creates carefully crafted sweets using selected ingredients and close attention to detail, with an emphasis on balance, flavor and artisanal skill. Gilli’s chocolatier tradition dates to the 19th century and includes Tuscan chocolate made through the art of blending fine single-origin cocoa. Customers can order selected creations online for delivery.

At its Florence location, the Gilli Bistrot serves Italian-inspired dishes from lunch through dinner, reinterpreting authentic flavors with a modern touch. The cocktail bar complements the experience with classic drinks and creative variations, prepared with Italian and international spirits in an elegant setting. Together, these offerings make Caffè Gilli a destination for pastry, chocolate, meals and cocktails, while reflecting the history and character of Florence. The company also provides event-related services and invites visitors to explore its different spaces.
