CAFRA

CAFRA, the Child Care Association for Resources to Administrators, is a non-profit association of early learning and child care professionals. It fosters bold leadership and advocates for environments that support the well-being of children and families. The association serves members working in the sector by creating opportunities to connect, develop their leadership skills, and share learning with peers.

CAFRA offers a program of professional development, networking, and social events, delivered online and in person. Its learning activities have included leadership series and workplace wellness sessions, as well as professional development offered in partnership with Imagine Institute. Members can also access meeting and event information, professional learning reports, surveys, handouts, and association documents through CAFRA’s member resources. The organization shares relevant learning opportunities and resources from other early learning and child care organizations, too.

CAFRA’s work is supported by a board of directors and member participation. Through its events, resources, and advocacy, the association provides a forum for professionals to build connections and strengthen leadership in early learning and child care.
