CAIPA, or the Coalition of Asian-American Independent Practice Associations, is committed to enhancing healthcare accessibility and quality for over 500,000 members of the Asian community in New York. With a robust network of more than 1,200 private practices spanning over 70 specialties, CAIPA ensures that patients receive culturally sensitive and compassionate care tailored to their needs. Their services include the CHAMP program, which collaborates with medical experts and community partners to promote health awareness and preventative care, and the NY Health 365 radio program that shares the latest healthcare news and research.
Additionally, CAIPA offers the Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) program, empowering patients to better manage their diabetes.
