CAI Rimini

The Club Alpino Italiano (CAI) Section of Rimini is a local branch of Italy’s national alpine club, bringing together members interested in mountains, outdoor exploration and the natural environment. It organizes a broad programme of activities for adults and young people, including hiking, mountaineering, ski touring, alpine skiing and caving through its specialist groups. The section also offers youth activities and adapted hiking, alongside initiatives focused on solidarity and accessible participation.

Members can take part in guided excursions across Emilia-Romagna and neighbouring regions, with routes ranging from day walks to demanding mountain outings and via ferrata experiences. The caving group arranges trips to caves and provides information about the skills and equipment required. Other resources include hiking route descriptions, trail difficulty guidance, technical and safety information, and material on mountain medicine. The section provides membership services such as registration, renewals, member benefits, documents and regulations, as well as courses, publications and practical materials. Through its events and resources, CAI Rimini supports learning, responsible exploration and shared experiences in the mountains.
