About Community Associations Institute of South Africa
CAISA, the Community Associations Institute of South Africa, is the foremost organization dedicated to improving homeowners and community associations. As the first International Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), CAISA aims to exceed the expectations of residents by providing professional accreditation to industry members and equipping them with the highest level of expertise and qualification. CAISA's members include Board Members, Homeowner Leaders, Community Managers, and Professionals who offer an array of products and services to associations.
They are part of an international organization that serves over 34,000 members worldwide. CAI, founded in 1973 in the United States, is dedicated to building better communities by providing valuable educational resources and information to homeowner volunteers and professionals supporting them. In addition to CAISA, CAI has chapters in the Middle East and Canada.
The CAI Middle East chapter serves as a research center and clearing house for community associations, offering publications, workshops, and educational programs. CAI Canada focuses on providing education, licensing, and credentialing opportunities to board members, professionals, and condominium and strata managers across the country. As a CAISA member, you will have access to practical knowledge, insights, best practices, legal information, and research in this rapidly changing industry.
