CakePlay LLC

CakePlay Inc, based in O'Fallon, MO, is a leading brand in the world of cake decoration and pastry arts. They specialize in providing high-quality isomalt products and accessories to both professionals and hobbyists. Isomalt, a compound derived from sugar beets discovered in the 1960s, is the star ingredient in CakePlay's offerings.

While it looks like regular sugar, isomalt is actually 100% sugar-free, making it ideal for those looking to reduce their sugar intake. It is commonly used in a wide range of sugar-free products such as hard candies, toffees, chewing gum, nutritional supplements, cough drops, and throat lozenges. CakePlay takes the hassle out of working with traditional isomalt crystals by offering pre-cooked Isomalt Nibs.

These convenient nibs can be melted in the microwave, allowing for quick and easy cake decorating. The isomalt's clarity and color intensity make it perfect for creating beautiful decorations and showpieces. With CakePlay's commitment to quality and convenience, their Isomalt Nibs provide consistent performance and reduce waste.

Unused nibs can be stored for up to two years, ensuring you always have the perfect decorating tool on hand. Whether you're a professional pastry chef or a passionate home baker, CakePlay Inc is your go-to brand for all things isomalt. Explore their wide range of products, watch their instructional videos, and get inspired by their blog for endless creative possibilities.
