Cal-Adapt is a collaborative initiative designed to provide a comprehensive exploration of California's climate change impacts through peer-reviewed data. Established by the California Energy Commission and the Geospatial Innovation Facility at UC Berkeley, Cal-Adapt makes vital climate data accessible and actionable for a diverse audience. The platform features tools for visualizing climate projections, including key aspects such as sea level rise, wildfires, and extreme weather events, facilitating informed decision-making for local governments, energy sector stakeholders, and the general public.

Users can download extensive datasets, access a public API for integration into existing workflows, and leverage interactive visualizations tailored to specific needs. With a strong commitment to user engagement, Cal-Adapt conducts workshops and webinars, continuously refining its offerings based on stakeholder feedback. The resource plays a crucial role in California's climate adaptation strategy, helping to mitigate risks and enhance resiliency in one of North America's most climate-challenged regions.
