About Groupe Le Parc
Groupe Le Parc is a brand that encompasses various establishments and services aimed at promoting the autonomy and social and professional integration of people with disabilities. Their offerings include a Boucherie Charcuterie (Butcher Shop and Delicatessen), Épicerie (Grocery Store), Restauration Traiteur (Restaurant Catering), Blanchisserie (Laundry Service), and Boulangerie (Bakery). The boucherie's dry sausages are produced using pork from the Tirabuixo breed, which are fed with wheat, peas, alfalfa, and French minerals, ensuring a diet that respects the animal's biological cycle and contains no excessive fat.
The Tirabuixo pigs are raised stress-free and without sanitary pressure in a building with straw bedding. Groupe Le Parc also includes an Etablissement et Service d’Aide par le Travail (ESAT), a Foyer d’Hébergement (FH), and a Service d’Accompagnement à la Vie Sociale (SAVS) to support individuals with disabilities in their social and professional lives.
