Soccorso Pubblico Calcinato O.d.V. is a volunteer public assistance organization serving the Calcinato area since 1989. Its work supports individuals and local healthcare facilities through ambulance services, emergency response, training, and event assistance. Non-emergency medical transport is available seven days a week, from 7:00 a.m. to midnight, for diagnostic appointments, transfers, and hospital discharges. In partnership with AREU Lombardia and the regional emergency operations service, the organization also provides emergency-urgent care during scheduled operating hours.

The association offers five-hour courses in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of semi-automatic defibrillators, with national certification for participants. It provides ambulance coverage at sporting events, celebrations, and other gatherings, staffed by regionally certified rescuers and equipped with a defibrillator. Its fleet includes four class A ambulances and a vehicle for basic medical transport and logistics. Community members can support its work by volunteering, donating, or assigning their 5×1000 contribution to the organization.
