Calgary Breastfeeding Centre

Calgary Breastfeeding Centre supports families in Calgary and surrounding communities with personalized breastfeeding care and education. Its services are provided by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), with appointments available in a clinic or in the family’s home. The centre welcomes people at different stages of their breastfeeding journey, including those who are expecting, caring for a newborn, or seeking help with an established feeding routine. It also offers information and support for health care providers and postpartum supporters who want to learn more about breastfeeding.

Families can book private lactation consultations for individualized support, or take classes to build their knowledge and prepare for feeding. The centre’s website also provides information about its consultant, services, classes, and location, helping visitors explore available options and arrange care. Calgary Breastfeeding Centre emphasizes a personal approach and recognizes that families have choices when seeking support. Its focus is on making professional lactation guidance and education accessible through both in-clinic and in-home services across Calgary and nearby communities.
