Our programs include subsidized housing near market rentals (approximately 10% below market rates) and rent supplements for tenants with private landlords.

We implement a mixed income model strategy, combining below market rates with deep subsidies to ensure financial sustainability while promoting inclusivity and diversity within our housing developments.
