Caliber Care + Transport

Caliber is a non-emergency medical transportation provider focused on helping patients and caregivers travel safely and reliably. It offers transport for wheelchair, ambulatory, and stretcher patients, including people who are COVID-positive. Unlike taxis, ride-sharing services, or public transportation, Caliber says its trained staff and fleet are equipped to meet patient needs. The company operates year-round, with reservations available at any hour, and serves Nashville, Louisville, Lexington, and Palm Beach.

Caliber also provides smart-home technology intended to support people facing social isolation, security concerns, or fall risks. Through its crisis-management services, it helps coordinate evacuations, repatriations, communications, and transportation for public- and private-sector clients. Its operations use computer-aided dispatch, online and mobile ordering, and real-time tracking of patients and drivers. Caliber reports more than 100 years of combined experience in logistics and healthcare. Its drivers are background- and drug-screened, trained in CPR and safe driving, and wear uniforms. The brand emphasizes compassionate care, dependable service, and a clean, safety-focused fleet.
