Calibrate Technology

Calibrate is a People Operating System designed to help organisations turn strategy into consistent action across roles, teams and locations. Rather than functioning as an HR system, learning management platform or appraisal tool, it provides operational infrastructure for defining expectations, developing competence, embedding compliance and giving leaders visibility of performance.

Its approach is built around four pillars: Clarity, Competence, Compliance and Control. Critical Role Expectations set role-specific standards, while employee self-assessments and manager verification support evidence-based conversations about capability. The platform also uses competency results to generate personalised, AI-powered action plans focused on individual development needs, rather than generic training.

Calibrate serves organisations in sectors where workforce standards can affect safety, service quality and regulatory compliance. These include aviation, healthcare, financial services, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, defence, education, construction, rail and maritime, as well as growing technology businesses and SMEs. By connecting role expectations, assessment and development with real-time performance data, Calibrate aims to help leaders identify gaps and support more consistent performance.
