Créée en 1920 à Aix-en-Provence, Le Roy René est une entreprise spécialisée dans la fabrication et la commercialisation de calissons, de nougats et autres douceurs provençales. Leader sur le marché du calisson, l'entreprise centenaire et labellisée Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant ne cesse de se réinventer, et propose aujourd'hui un large choix de douceurs qui illustrent la richesse de notre terroir provençal : calissons aux multiples saveurs, nougats de Provence et nougats Création, biscuits aux amandes, amandes enrobées, guimauves artisanales, crèmes, pâtes à tartiner, pâtes de fruits, confitures ou encore fruits confits à Apt. Aujourd’hui, Le Roy René s’engage activement dans la protection de l’environnement. Grâce à une démarche RSE construire autour de 3 piliers qui reflètent nos atouts, et nos principaux axes de progrès. D’abord en accélérant le plan de relance des amandiers en Provence en travaillant en partenariat avec des agriculteurs, respecter la biodiversité en favorisant la pollinisation par les insectes, en soutenant la filière agricole et enfin participer à la protection des oiseaux avec la Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux. Alliant tradition et modernité, Le Roy René se démarque par son dynamisme et sa volonté de faire rayonner dans le monde entier les trésors du terroir provençal.
