Michael Woerdman, one of the owners, is an official Myprotein athlete and a national champion in strict form push-ups with an impressive record of 110 reps. He personally experienced the life-changing effects of calisthenics, not only gaining a better body and epic skills but also becoming more confident and happier in life. Yannick Woerdman, the other owner, also started his fitness journey with weightlifting but soon realized he wanted to do more than just lift weights. Calisthenics changed his life by providing him with the ability to fully control his own bodyweight and opened his eyes to the close-knit calisthenics community.
