CAL Karaté is the karate club of the Club Athlétique de L’Haÿ-les-Roses, based in L’Haÿ-les-Roses, France. Affiliated with the French Karate Federation and Associated Disciplines (FFKDA), the club teaches Shotokan karate and welcomes participants of all ages and experience levels, from beginners to advanced and confirmed practitioners. Its classes are led by instructors holding state and FFKDA qualifications.

The club offers age-specific instruction for children aged 7–8 and 9–13, adolescents aged 14–17, and adults aged 18 and over. Sessions introduce or develop karate skills, with adult classes also focusing on self-defence and personal development. A dedicated beginner class is available, and the first class is free. Children and adolescents can also take part in kumite and kata competition training at no additional cost, with optional weekend practice. Other activities include open training and preparation for DAN examinations. Presenting karate as a combat sport, self-defence practice, gymnastics, martial art, and way of life, CAL Karaté aims to make the discipline accessible to different motivations.
