Call My Nurse Advocate provides private, nurse-led geriatric care management and patient advocacy for older adults, aging families, and solo agers. Led by Sharon Gibson, RN, a Board-Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA), the service supports clients in Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, and the wider Triangle area, both in person and virtually. Virtual services are also available nationwide.

The practice helps families navigate complex healthcare needs and keep track of details that can be missed between appointments or during transitions. Services include ongoing care coordination, regular check-ins, tracking changes from a client’s baseline, medication reviews, appointment support, and communication with providers and family members, with the client’s permission. The team also assists during hospitalizations, new diagnoses, recovery, and care transitions, helping clients understand care plans and follow-up needs. Broader aging support includes home-safety awareness, caregiver coordination, and guidance about living arrangements. Call My Nurse Advocate does not make medical decisions for clients; it provides clear, organized information so clients and families can make informed choices.
