About Calm Collective Asia
Calm Collective Asia is a social enterprise dedicated to normalizing mental health conversations in Asia. Their mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health, so that people can access the help they need. Founded in April 2020 in response to Singapore's COVID-19 lockdown, they offer practical mental health strategies to support working professionals.
Calm Collective Asia offers a range of programs and services to promote mental well-being. They curate various programs, including talks and the annual CalmCon mental health and well-being festival. They also provide group peer support through their Calm Circles program, where individuals can come together for support and connection.
Additionally, they collaborate with corporations to foster a culture of psychological safety in the workplace. At the heart of Calm Collective Asia is their commitment to serving the community. They create mental health content, such as bite-sized tips for social media, blog articles, and the Calm Conversations podcast.
Their work is driven by a team of dedicated professionals and volunteers who are passionate about normalizing mental health conversations in Asia. Calm Collective Asia was recognized as the Youth Co:Lab champions for the Youth Action Challenge Season 2, supported by the N. With a vision to promote mental well-being and provide accessible support, they are making a positive impact in Asia's mental health landscape
