Calvert Dog Training helps people build lasting, enjoyable relationships with their dogs through practical, fear-free, relationship-based training. Serving clients in Colorado and Maryland, the business supports dogs and their families from puppyhood through adulthood, including adolescents, adult dogs, and rescue dogs. Its approach focuses on communication, trust, and skills for everyday life, with guidance tailored to each dog’s needs, development, and household routines.
Services include group classes, in-home lessons, day training, add-on training, and training during boarding. In Colorado, boarding places dogs in a home setting while they receive individualized training. The company also offers gift certificates, monthly community seminars, and consultations for behavior concerns, including a 20-minute consultation option for urgent support.
New clients can begin with a $99 first lesson, which includes meeting the dog, discussing goals, and creating a personalized training roadmap. If a client selects a lesson package within one week, the first-lesson fee is credited toward it
