Camas Soo Bahk Do

Camas SBD is a licensed Moo Duk Kwan martial arts school serving the Camas, Washington community since 1990. The school teaches Soo Bahk Do, a traditional Korean martial art rooted in centuries of practice. Rather than treating martial arts as a sport, Camas SBD emphasizes the development of the whole person through harmony of body and mind. Its training includes dynamic hand strikes and powerful kicking techniques, with a focus on effective self-defense and disciplined practice.

Programs are available to students ages seven and older. Instruction aims to build self-discipline, respect for oneself and others, and strong character, guided by the Moo Duk Kwan values of history, tradition, philosophy, discipline and respect, and technique. Training is overseen by internationally certified instructors, who support the quality and authenticity of the Soo Bahk Do experience. Camas SBD also lists monthly Youth Leadership Training among its events. The school is located at 841 NE 22nd Avenue in Camas and welcomes inquiries by phone or text.
