About FUNDACI
Fundación Cambio Maestro is a leading educational organization dedicated to improving the quality of education in Chile. Our mission is to identify the challenges faced by educational establishments and design strategic plans that will have a positive impact on the learning outcomes of all students.
We work closely with school leadership teams, conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments to develop and execute Educational Improvement Plans (PME). Our approach includes addressing issues such as school climate, data analysis, agenda usage, classroom observation, and ontological coaching.
