With a focus on racial equity and social justice, Cambridge College is dedicated to standing against systemic racism and inequities that affect black and brown communities in areas such as social, health, education, and workforce development.

Under the leadership of the Office of the President and with guidance from their Equity & Inclusion Committee, the college aims to educate and inform the community about systemic racism, social and economic inequities, and related concepts. They plan to implement a series of events, discussions, and resources to heal communities and contribute to positive change. As an institution founded on the principle of social justice, Cambridge College encourages diversity and respects differences in race, ethnicity, gender identity, national origin, economic status, and religious beliefs.
