Life Center Collaborative, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering healthy, thriving families through thoughtful partnerships that prioritize locally defined needs. We are committed to strengthening rural communities by building connection, belonging, and hope. Through our flagship program, the Camden Life Center, we operate as a rural service hub—a “front door” where individuals and families can access support without barriers. In communities where services are often fragmented or require long-distance travel, we bring resources together in one place, making it easier for people to get the help they need. Our model is grounded in listening first. We work alongside community members and partners to identify gaps, respond to emerging needs, and co-create practical, accessible solutions rooted in local strengths. At the core of our work is connection: • Screening and navigation to access mental health, recovery, and basic needs services • Partnership-driven programming that expands local access to care • Community-based initiatives that reduce stigma and foster belonging • Recovery-oriented supports, including Recovery Café Camden and School of Recovery classes We serve as a stabilizing force—meeting immediate needs while helping individuals and families move toward long-term wellness. Camden Life Center, located in Camden, NY, is a unique impact center that brings together various agencies to provide comprehensive services for the community's benefit. This partnership between Come to the Table Counseling and Center for Family Life and Recovery aims to inspire hope, promote wellness, and transform lives, with a special focus on serving Camden residents. What sets Camden Life Center apart is its collaborative approach, where different agencies work together to offer coordinated care and a wide range of services to address various needs.
From behavioral healthcare to addiction support and counseling, the center ensures that individuals receive holistic care for their mind, body, and spirit.
