CAMFT (California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists) is an independent professional organization with approximately 34,000 members dedicated to advancing the profession of marriage and family therapy. Representing the interests of licensed marriage and family therapists, CAMFT is committed to upholding high standards of professional ethics and expanding recognition and awareness of the profession. As an advocate and representative for its members, CAMFT works cooperatively with regulatory boards, the state legislature, and other stakeholders to sponsor bills and pass laws that benefit therapists and the public.
