Campanula is a dedicated brand committed to the fascinating world of Campanula flowers. Founded by Herman Berteler, who garnered deep inspiration through studies and practical experiences in floriculture, this brand thrives on a passion for documenting and sharing knowledge about a wide variety of Campanula species.
Located in Groesbeek, the initiative started in the 1980s and has grown into one of the largest assortments of Campanula plants in the Netherlands, cultivated in the Werkenrode training gardens and greenhouses. Beyond cultivation, the brand has proactively gathered a wealth of literature and research, including two extensive catalogs detailing over 360 titles from more than 250 authors worldwide.
Primarily a non-profit project, Campanula encourages participation from plant enthusiasts and aims to disseminate invaluable information about various Campanula species to a global audience. Whether you're looking to learn more about these unique flowers or contribute knowledge and resources, Campanula is an essential hub for all lovers of this beautiful genus.
