Camping Marius is an independent, family-run three-star campsite in La Couronne, within the commune of Martigues on France’s Côte Bleue. Established in 1963 and managed by the same family for three generations, it offers a relaxed stay among pine trees beside the Mediterranean. A private gate leads to beaches and calanques along a pine-shaded path of about 200 metres, with no road to cross.

The campsite provides accommodation in chalets for groups of two to eight, as well as pitches for tents, caravans, motorhomes and vans. Guests can also enjoy Le Restô du Marius restaurant, an on-site grocery shop and La Bulle wellness space. Canoes, activities and entertainment are among the other offerings listed by the campsite.

From this peaceful base, visitors can explore nearby coastal villages, ports, beaches and walking routes, including Carro, Sausset-les-Pins and Carry-le-Rouet. La Couronne village and its train station are about a 15-minute walk away.
