Campus Antropoceno Brasil

**Campus Antropoceno Brasil** is an interdisciplinary platform dedicated to exploring the pressing challenges of our time, specifically within the context of the Anthropocene era. This unique initiative promotes collective imagination and dialogue, bringing together researchers, educators, and activists from diverse backgrounds to address urgent ecological and social crises. The main event, set for November 7-12, 2022, at the Casa de Cultura Mario Quintana in Porto Alegre, features a series of workshops, panels, an art exhibition, and a film showcase, all centered on the critical question of how our scientific, philosophical, artistic, and educational practices can adapt to ongoing transformations.

Complementary events include a film festival at Cinemateca Capitólio and an artistic exhibition at Goethe-Institut Porto Alegre, fostering a rich cultural exchange. By facilitating discussions and creative activities, Campus Antropoceno Brazil aims to develop both theoretical and practical responses to climate change's detrimental effects on human and non-human life, ensuring a thoughtful approach to our future coexistence
