Battle River Shock

Battle River Shock is a dedicated midget football club based in Camrose, Alberta, affiliated with the Capital District Minor Football Association (CDMFA). Our mission is to foster the growth and development of young football athletes in Central Alberta, with a focus on grades 9 to 11. Serving the communities along the Battle River—from Rocky Mountain House to Red Deer—we aim to complement existing fall football programs by offering an inclusive and supportive environment for aspiring players.

Led by an experienced coaching staff, including trainers with ties to professional football, we emphasize fundamental skills, teamwork, and competitive spirit. Our schedule features a robust practice regimen, regular games, and special events that create lasting memories for participants. Battle River Shock isn’t just about football; it’s about building friendships and instilling values through sportsmanship and hard work. Join us to embrace the challenge, as we embody the “Burn the boats” mentality—committing fully to our goals and striving for success on and off the field.
