Canal Autisme is a free online learning and resource initiative run by Autisme France. Its mission is to support the inclusion of autistic children in school by helping the people who accompany them—parents, teachers, AESH support staff, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders—develop skills in interventions recommended by France’s health authority, the HAS. The project also promotes the broader inclusion of people with disabilities in society.
The site offers online training and educational resources on autism, including introductory courses on ABA, alternative and augmentative communication, early identification and intervention, behavior, rights, and support for autistic students across different school levels. Materials include practical guides and fact sheets, with resources tailored to settings from preschool through secondary school and to AESH staff. Canal Autisme also provides free, on-demand conferences on topics such as school inclusion, digital technology and autism, communication, and schooling. Its video resources explain updated good-practice recommendations and are intended for autistic people, families, caregivers, and professionals.
