About Canal World
Canal World Discussion Forums, also known as CWDF, has been a vibrant online community since March 2001, founded by Jon. With over 20,000 members globally, this forum is dedicated to lively discussions on all things canal and boat related, making it one of the largest waterways communities online. While primarily UK-based, members from around the world contribute to the forum.
Features include a photo gallery, links directory, private messaging, and live chat. Moderated by volunteers and owned by DHutch since 2009, CWDF operates on a not-for-profit basis, funded by voluntary donations. Registration is free and provides access to all site features.
Engage in discussions, share in the photo gallery, and connect with other members. The site staff, identified by a blue badge, help maintain a positive forum environment. Join this community to connect, share, and learn about all things canal and boat-related
