Canberra Buycycle is a vibrant initiative organized by the Rotary Club of Canberra, hosting an annual bicycle market that promotes sustainability and community engagement. This exciting event, which has been running since 2015, allows individuals to sell, buy, or donate pre-loved bicycles, contributing to a circular economy. Scheduled for 13 October 2024 at The Fitters Workshop, Kingston Foreshore, the market operates from 9 AM to 1 PM, providing a fantastic opportunity for cycling enthusiasts and those in search of a great deal.

At Canberra Buycycle, participants can list their bikes for sale online for a nominal fee, ensuring easy registration with the option to sell multiple bicycles. The market primarily caters to bikes priced between $100 and $800, with robust support for both sellers and buyers. Donating bikes is also encouraged, and arrangements are available for drop-offs in central locations. With a commitment to promoting quality and safety, Canberra Buycycle invites everyone to join in, fostering a sense of community through cycling.
