Candice Rosen is a dedicated Health Counselor and Registered Nurse, committed to enhancing wellness within her community. With a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Certification in Health Counseling from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Candice emphasizes the healing power of nutrition, effective stress management, and consistent physical activity. Her unique perspective, shaped by experiences in clinical therapy and nursing, enables her to address both medical and psychological aspects of health.

Offering consultations and specialized programs, including the Pancreatic Nutritional Program (PNP), Candice educates clients on the vital role of the pancreas in overall health. She authored "The Pancreatic Oath" and "Forget Dieting!" to promote sustainable lifestyle changes over symptom masking with medications. As a founding member of Gilda's Club Chicago and former Chairman of Healthcare Initiatives for Chicago's Sister Cities International Program, Candice champions preventive medicine and public health education.
