About Deb Almond Art
Candid Almond is a compelling brand founded by Deb Almond, an artist born and raised in London in 1987. Deb draws inspiration from various sources, including Reproductive Justice, protest art from around the world, strong women demanding to be heard, visual messages of unity and hope, and her own mental health. After spending a decade working in sexual and reproductive health across different countries, Deb decided to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming an artist.
In January 2020, she quit her day job and dedicated herself to her artistic business full time. Candid Almond offers a variety of artwork, with 10% of all proceeds going to HIPS, an organization that supports the health, rights, and dignity of people and communities impacted by sex work and drug use in Washington, DC.
