Candy Parent-Child College (Candy Oyako College) is a nonprofit general incorporated association based in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. It supports families and aims to put children’s happiness first, helping parents make child-rearing more enjoyable while strengthening family bonds and nurturing children’s ability to thrive. Its approach brings together physical development, intellectual growth, and food education, with activities designed to encourage movement, curiosity, creativity, concentration, confidence, and hands-on experience.

Programs serve babies, parents and children, preschoolers, school-age children, and juniors. Offerings include baby activities, parent-child exercise classes, a forest kindergarten, food education, children’s programs, and temporary childcare. The organization also provides gymnastics instruction at schools and other venues, lectures, parenting consultations, and instructor-training courses, including training in nature-based flower and plant play. Its activities extend to developmental support and after-school day services through Candy Land, as well as community events and a weekly internet radio program. Candy Parent-Child College also supports parents facing challenges and works to help children develop through play, exercise, and meaningful experiences.
