About Canes Southeast
Canes Southeast is a premier travel baseball organization founded in 2011 by Tyler Meigs and Jim Baeumel, dedicated to serving the states of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana. With a coaching staff composed of former collegiate and professional players, Canes Southeast emphasizes quality instruction and skill development for players of all ages. The organization fosters a passion for the game, welcoming players, parents, and coaches alike.
In addition to their travel teams, Canes Southeast has taken over the Carrollton City Recreation Baseball League, developing a comprehensive program aimed at engaging young athletes in baseball. They offer various leagues for different age groups, starting from the Blast Ball for 3-4-year-olds, which introduces the game in a fun, no-glove atmosphere, to the Kid Pitch league for 11-12-year-olds, which focuses on honing skills in a supportive environment. Canes Southeast is committed to promoting baseball while nurturing personal growth in young athletes
