Flexiness

Canine Core Concept by Flexiness® is a canine fitness and conditioning program designed to help dogs and their people build strength, fitness, connection, and handling skills. Its structured guidance supports beginners through advanced participants and is intended for dogs at any level. The program helps owners choose suitable equipment and exercises, understand technique, and create a varied, effective training routine tailored to their dog’s needs.

Offerings include FlexiFlow, a nine-week circuit program with four levels, a playbook, homework PDFs, and supported community access, as well as monthly Canine Core Challenges featuring two challenges, games, and access to past activities. The All-Access Membership brings together courses, a knowledge hub, an exercise library, community access, and new training content. The brand also provides targeted exercise videos focused on posture and handling, plus Connection Parcours routines designed to encourage teamwork between dogs and owners. Flexiness® offers fitness equipment designed with the dog’s body in mind. Canine Core Concept is presented as a service of Gangwerk GmbH.
