Cannery Brewing Co., established in 2000, is a renowned brand in Penticton, British Columbia. Led by Brew Master Terry Schoffer, the brewery specializes in crafting exceptional beers. Terry's passion for brewing led him to team up with Ron and Patt Dyck, owners of the Country Squire Restaurant, who were also seeking a new venture.

This collaboration marked the beginning of an extraordinary journey. The brewery's first batch of beer was brewed on April Fool's Day in 2001 at the Old Aylmer Fruit and Vegetable Cannery. Initially supplying local eateries, they eventually expanded their bottling operations.

Notably, their Anarchist Amber Ale and Naramata Nut Brown Ale became hits when they introduced canning in 2006 and 2007 respectively. In 2015, Cannery Brewing began construction of a new brewery, including a taproom that quickly became a popular destination.
