About Canon New Zealand
Canon New Zealand is committed to building a sustainable future by prioritizing e-waste recycling. As part of our global efforts, we offer various recycling programs to transform old products into new ones. Our toner recycling program, introduced in 1990, was the first of its kind and has recycling plants in Europe, Japan, China, and the USA.
In Oceania, we support recycling initiatives to promote community recycling. For domestic customers, we have partnered with Croxley Recycling Centre to collect and recycle laser and inkjet cartridges nationwide. You can drop off your used cartridges at any Canon Branch or participating outlets.
Business customers can also participate in our free program by calling our Customer Care team to check eligibility and request a Toner Recycle box. When the box is full, Croxley Recycling Centre will arrange collection and ensure proper recycling. Canon ensures that everything from plastics to toner powder is reused or recycled.
