Canyon State Bass Club

Canyon State Bass Club, formerly known as Lawmans Bass Club, is an organization focused on making tournament fishing more rewarding and welcoming. The club encourages anglers of all ages to discover the sport, build their skills, and enjoy the camaraderie of fishing together. Its membership is suited to a variety of teams, including couples, parents and children, and friends who want to compete.

Membership is annual, with fees supporting the club’s operating costs and ongoing maintenance. For tournaments, the club returns 90% of entry fees to participants and retains 10% for club overhead. Payouts are based on the combined weight of a team’s five-fish limit, with additional prizes for the three largest individual fish weighed in.

The club provides information and resources through its events calendar, tournament results, season standings, photo albums, FAQ, membership and rules, and fish-care materials. Its schedule includes events such as the September 2026 tournament at Apache Lake, where teams compete and are recognized for their catches.
