CAPA, the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts, proudly hosts the CAPA Marquee Awards, which serve as a vital platform for recognizing and celebrating excellence in high school musical theatre. As a regional representative of The Jimmy Awards®/National High School Musical Theatre Awards®, CAPA engages with local schools, offering them opportunities to showcase their productions from an approved list of musicals. Schools can apply to participate and compete in various award categories, including Best Musical Production and Best Actor/Actress in Leading Roles.

The CAPA Marquee Awards program not only honors outstanding performances but also provides educational workshops and master classes in dance, voice, acting, and technical theatre, nurturing the next generation of artists.
